With the igus e-chain configurator, you can now easily add the EC.W sensor to your existing chain configurations using the drag-and-drop function, or create new energy chain systems directly with smart EC.W condition monitoring:

Step 1
Define application parameters
Open the e-chain configurator and define both your cable pool in the chain and the desired application parameters (installation type, travel etc).
Step 2
Select e-chain series
Then select a suitable chain series that is compatible with smart plastics and add the smart EC.W sensor with one click.
Step 3
Create individual interior separation
Now you can arrange your individual interior separation as usual - automatically taking into account all interior separation rules for the EC.W sensor.
