SLS printing as a cost-effective alternative

If you are having problems with the construction of a more complex replacement part, you can use iglidur® I3 Tribo material for the SLS method. This material is characterised by its outstanding abrasion resistance, which is at least three times better than that of conventional laser sintering materials. In addition to iglidur® I3, we can offer you our iglidur® I6 as a laser sintering material that is especially suitable for the additive manufacturing of gear wheels. The wear resistance of this innovative material for gear wheels is at least six times higher than that of standard materials.
