Series 15350 is suitable for the following types of applications:

Vertical: hanging applications ≤ 100 m
Horizontal: unsupported applications ≤ 4,6 m, gliding applications ≤ 250 m
Rotary: rotating applications may be possible, please contact us

When to use Series 15350

If a weight and price reduction can accompany a compromise in stability
If an e-chain®/e-tube with a 86 mm inner height is required
If an inner width up to 400 mm is required
For unsupported lengths up to 4.6 m and fill weights up to 54 kg/m
For long travels up to 250 m
Also suitable for side-mounted, standing and hanging applications

When not to use Series 15350

When the e-chain® needs to be extremely quiet (≤46 dB(A)) and low-vibration
Series E6.80
If large unsupported lengths are required for side-mounted uses
Series E4.80
When longer unsupported lengths and longer travels are required
Series E4.80
When high fill weights and/or rigid cables or hoses are required
Series 15050
When chip protection is required

86.1 Standard – for all uses
Separator, wide base for maximum holding strength and stability in e-chains®

86.3 For many thin cables
Separator with narrow base for many thin cables next to each other. Space-saving, secure state - for e-chains®. Also available for QuickLock crossbars.

86.4 For side-mounted applications
Asymmetrical separator defines the amount of clearance and spacers are therefore not required. For e-chains®

520.x Horizontal division
Locks securely into separators at both ends, giving a fixed width. Can be used as full-width shelf for integrated subdivision or as a partial shelf for separation on 5 levels.

Separator for igus® snap-open crossbar 385.X. Q. One side fixed seating with wide base, narrow opposite side for easy cable installation.

The "Super" aluminium trough is a modular system of guide troughs for long travels (where e-chains® are gliding on top of themselves). The basic "Super" aluminium trough has a simple and cost-efficient designs and can be expanded for sophisticated plant engineering. Its universal design makes it the recommended igus® standard for guide troughs.
